- Administration, accounting and bookkeeping. This involves all aspects of our client’s business, from source data capture though to preparation of monthly and quarterly reports. We remove the need for clients to have an accounting function on-site, and allow them to concentrate on running their business.
- Implementing preventative and detective systems within our clients’ businesses to control cash.
- Financial control. This is performed by Chartered Accountants and incorporates sound industry knowledge, and excellent commercial skills. From the review of BAS's, to choosing point of sale equipment, this is a function most utilised by our clients who are not owner operators and require a "watchdog" service to ensure that the business is kept honest.
- Due diligence. This is mostly done pre-purchase of business, and involves audit/review procedures and extensive financial modelling to make real decisions on actual trade, margins and profitability.
- Training of administration and management staff, both in-house and for clients. Our cutting edge training allows staff to understand the industry and provides them with irreplaceable commercial skills.
- Consulting. This includes a full spectrum of advisory work, including review of business structures, management appraisal, contract negotiation etc. These services are tailored to individual client needs.
